What do I do if I need to update my shipping address or other information?
Provided that your order has not yet been dispatched, all you need to do to change your shipping information is to let us know using either the form provided below or by calling us at the appropriate number for your location. Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched via DHL or UPS, then you will be required to contact the courier and reroute the package yourself. If this is the case, then your package may be delayed, for which we cannot be held responsible.
How about if I decide to cancel my order? What do I do?
If you'd like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible using the form located at the bottom of this page. To expedite the process, please be certain to include the date and time of your purchase along with the order number you were given.
I feel that I am receiving unwanted SPAM that is promoting your product(s). What can I do to make it stop?
